1. ENGLISH PREPARATION:
   The most important factor as a main capital to get success study abroad is mastery English language. We can provide advice about which English test you should take IELTS / iBT (TOEFL). We can advise how you should learn IELTS/ iBT (TOEFL), which institutions can provide you the best IELTS course or TOEFL.
2. FREE PROFESSIONAL CONSULTATION:
   Our friendly and expert education counsellors can help you to get the complete information about study field, career prospect, destination city and school, college or university based on your interest, skill and budget.
3. APPLICATION ASSISTANCE
   Some application forms are not easy to fill, our counsellors can help you from preparing any necessary documents such as filling out registration form, academic transcript, international English test (IELTS, iBT, etc) & passport. Some universiteis may requrie other additional documents such as academic reference letter, personal statement, work reference letter, and research proposal.
4. LETTER OF OFFER
If your application are successful, you will receive letter of offer from the education institutions. We will notify as soon as we receive the information from them.

5. PAYMENT
   All payments should be paid directly to the institution. Australia and New Zealand Education Group counsellor will guide on how you can make tuition payment, health insurance and any other necessary fee charge by the educational institution or government. .
6. STUDENT VISA/PASS APPLICATION
   ANZEG counselor will assist you in arranging your student visa/student pass if necessary we can help you to obtain visitors’ visas for your family members. Usually the following documets are required: student visa application, letter of acceptance (offer letter), proof of funding from the parents or the sponsor, evidence of recent academic, birth certificates, family cards and more.
7. TICKET, ACCOMMODATION and AIRPORT PICKUP
   ANZEG counselor will assist in arranging tickets, accommodation and airport pick up. Your ANZEG counselor will help you prepare it from Indonesia so you will be well look after.
8. PRE DEPARTURE BRIEFING AND POST DEPARTURE SERVICES
   At ANZEG we will look after you from the first day you meet us, during your study time and even after you have graduated.
